Hello, I bought an Inspiron Caemra 10 recently, I’m having issues with the webcam brightness. If you go to Webcam Properties in Skype, that is not actually a Skype settings page, but the master properties for your webcam.

I changed the settings in there and they scan through to all other software I use my webcam with I actually had Zoom open with the webcam displaying through that whilst editing, and the results happen live. I installed the Support Assist software and it ran tests identifying some but not related to the camera. I am not able to apply these for now since my company constraints my admin rights.

If we are experiencing the same issue, you should be able to see nothing but the light you are shining into the camrea. I tried deleting the drivers then reinstalling them again.

That worked for a while, but was not a permanent fix. I disabled the depth driver. It has only been a day, but camera has been wokring in all applications. Since I never use the 3d scan tool, I’m not missing anything at all. The computer will prompt you to restart.
